Howdie David Fisher

By Diamond Butler, Staff Writer

David Fisher is a Junior in high school, and football is his passion.

The Wrangler: How do you feel about your football team?

Fisher: I feel like next year is our year.

The Wrangler: Was it more of a connection on the field when you and your team played, or did you just go by the play your coach gave you?

Fisher: It’s more of a connection thing. We are always on the same page.

The Wrangler: How did you feel about your former football players leaving you?

Fisher: It sucks that they left, but it’s time for the rest to step up to the plate.

The Wrangler: Do you feel like with the new team will have a connection with you like your last team?

Fisher: I think we will have a connection because were going to be playing as a team.

The Wrangler: Do you plan to stay with football until your senior year is over, or is there another sport you are interested in?

Fisher: I plan to stick with football.

The Wrangler: How do you feel when you got your championship ring?

Fisher: It felt great knowing that no one can take that away from us.

The Wrangler: Next you’ll be a senior, you’ll be leaving the school and football, how do you feel?

Fisher: It’s a little scary, but I’ll survive.

The Wrangler: Will you continue your football journey and play for a certain university and if so what university?

Fisher: Yes I will, but I haven’t thought of a school yet.

The Wrangler: Besides football will there be any other sport you’ll put your mind to?

Fisher: No, not at all.

The Wrangler: How far do you think you’ll go with your success?

Fisher: It depends on what God has planned for me in the future, so I’ll leave that to Him.
