As the UIL One-Act season comes to a close, the cast has had an emotional time with their show, All My Sons.  Given the great honor to advance to the district competition, the crew was extremely privileged and honored to do so well in their performing.

In their zone competition, sophomore actor Sean Hardin was awarded Best Actor overall, a highly esteemed honor for an underclassman.

“At the first stage of competition, I was awarded best actor out of the four schools and that was really a joyous feeling,” said Sean Hardin of his accomplishment.

Speaking of their accomplishments as well, Abby Eschler said, “ We push ourselves everyday to feel the emotion that the characters would have felt. We work so hard and put a lot of our personal time into creating such a heart-breaking show.”

Unfortunately, their district show was not lucky enough to capture another advancement. However, the cast and crew hopes to make this motivation for even better performances for the years to come.
