Start by priming your lips with a balm or other moisturizing product to give your makeup a smooth base. I chose a product from EOS.

Next, line your lips with a red lip liner, this one is the NYX Lip Liner in the shade "Plum". Just go around the outside of your lips to prevent the lipstick from 'sliding' around.

Then take your favorite lipstick and apply all over lips. This is Maybelline's Matte Lipstick in the shade "Ruby Rose"

Finally I apply a coat of NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream to complete the look with a smooth finish.
