March eight of every year is a day dedicated to all women around the world. International women’s day is to celebrate all of the achievements women have had over the past years, including the struggle for equality, the recognition and effective exercise of their rights. Truth is that it is far from being a holiday.

This day is celebrated by giving flowers to the important women in one’s life, but it is believed in many social circles, that the origin of this day comes from a historical and ideological context determined by gender inequalities.

International Women’s Day is a good time to reflect on the progress made, ask for more changes and celebrate the courage and determination of ordinary women who have played a key role in the history of their countries and communities. Let’s think about equality, build with intelligence, and innovate for change.

Antonio Guterres, Secretary General of the United Nations says, ” On this International Women’s Day, let’s make sure that women and girls contribute to shaping policies, services, and infrastructures that affect the lives of all. Let’s support women and girls who are breaking down barriers to create a better world for mankind. ”

This March 8th, join all women and celebrate with us to build a future in which innovation and technology create unprecedented opportunities for women and girls to play an active role in the creation of more inclusive services, efficient services, and sustainable infrastructure accelerate the achievement of gender equality.

Now it’s best to appreciate the women who surround us.
