The George Ranch Speech and Debate team attended the Langham Creek Invitational and had multiple students place. Sophomore Merritt Johnson placed first in Original Oratory. Senior Mario Rodriguez and Junior Aisha Sheikh placed first and third respectively in Lincoln-Douglass Debate, while Senor Zena Gittens placed in the top sixteen. The team competes at the Lamar Consolidated Invitational on Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th.
