The George Ranch Speech and Debate team attended the Winston Churchill Classic in San Antonio on January ninth and tenth. A total of eleven students attended with four placing. Anastasia Skeen, Kellie Kadiri, and Donovan Aikens took first, third, and fourth place in Novice Lincoln Douglass Debate receptively. Anastasia Skeen also received the First Place Speaking award for Lincoln Douglass debate. Varsity member Morgan Lindsey finaled in Dramatic Interpretation, receiving eighth place. The team will attend the 41st Annual Harvard National Forensics Tournament on February 13th.
