George Ranch cross country sweeps district meet!  Varsity boys took the top four spots; Jordan Janer (1st), Chandler Heikkila (2nd), Alec Waldschmidt (3rd) and Julian Murrufo (4th).  Rounding out the team was Saad Sultan (9th) and Jacob Triesch (14th).  Varsity girls also finished strong with Ashley Flournoy (2nd), Heather Haig (3rd), Elizabeth Hinz (6th), Sydney Heikkila (9th), Rhea Judge (12th) and Carolina Perez (14th).

The top six of the JV boys were Alex Sims (1st), Michael Elder (3rd), Tyler Shipley (4th), Hayden Waldschmidt (7th), Tyler Wandling (9th) and Anthony Nguyen (15th).  The top six of the JV girls were Brooke Shipley (2nd),Sophia Keast (3rd), Lauren Branch (4th), Mariana Castaneda (5th), Yvonne Chukwu (12th) and Lauren Appel (17th). Next stop for the cross-country team is the regionals.
