The JV girls’ soccer team continued their winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Ridge Point Friday night.  Colleen Janachek and Sydney Heikkila scored for the Longhorns.  Nicki Albaran came up big in the goal,  blocking a penalty kick to keep the net clean.  This win increases their record to 8-0 overall and 2-0 in district play.

The varsity girls dropped a tightly contested game of 2-1 to the Ridge Point Panthers.  Julia Linton scored the lone goal for the Longhorns.  The team came to life in the second half, only to run out of time in their pursuit of victory.  This loss puts the Longhorns record to 14-3 overall, and 3-1 in district.
