The Patriots are Super Bowl Champions

The Patriots continue to show their dominance over the NFL

The Patriots just won their 6th Super Bowl in the past 18 years against the LA Rams, 13-3. Tom Brady now has more Super Bowl victories than any other player in NFL history.

The Super Bowl MVP was given to Julian Edelman who had 10 receptions for 141 yards. Brady threw for 262 yards, no touchdowns, and one interception. There was actually only one touchdown scored the entire game, and it was scored by Patriots Running Back Sony Michel in the 4th quarter.

Many have criticized the lack of scoring during the game; it was actually the lowest scoring Super Bowl of all time. The LA Rams were completely unable to get anything going on the offensive side of the ball. The Rams All-Star Running Back Todd Gurley was held to 10 rushes for 35 yards, but denies injury rumors after the game. The Rams Quarterback Jared Goff was almost entirely ineffective throughout the game, although he was able to gain 229 yards through the air. The New England Patriots are Super Bowl Champions once again.
