Super Study Snacks that Only Need 3 Ingredients


Sound the alarm, ready the coffee, and bust out the Five Hour Energy. Fall Final Exams have arrived.

Most students will exempt their hardest classes, however, some students will not be able to exempt due to absences, holds, or grades and some students take more Pre-AP and AP classes than they have exemptions.

For those students that will be cramming for finals and staying up well into the night, here are some delicious and healthy snacks to munch on while prepping yourself for success.

Peanut Butter & Granola Apple Slices

  • Peanut Butter
  • 1 Apple
  • Granola (Any kind)
  1. Cut the apple in circular slices by laying it on its side and cutting through it.
  2. Cut out the circular middle part with the seeds.
  3. Spread on some peanut butter on both sides of your slice.
  4. Add the granola onto one piece of apple with peanut butter


Blueberry Yogurt Parfait


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola (your favorite kind)
  1. Place a dolup of Yogurt into your glass
  2. Add a handful blueberries
  3. Sprinkle on some granola
  4. Repeat as needed


Sweet Honey Butter Cream


  • 1 (6 oz) container plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter,
  • 3 teaspoons honey into a medium size bowl.
  1. Combine all in a medium size bowl
  2. You can eat this with either graham crackers, apples, or pretzels.
