Our very own Longhorns have done it again winning our district opener by defeating Foster Falcons 35 to 28 in a come from behind effort in the fourth quarter! Our Longhorns were down 21 to 7 at halftime but reeled off 28 straight points in the second half holding Foster to only one touchdown in the second half. Offensively, Darius Anderson and Alex Fontenot carried the load combining for over 300 rushing yards and added two scores a piece. Also scoring was Josh Scruggs. Our kicker Eric Michel was perfect on the night making all of his extra points. It was a very hard fought battle and we prevailed at the end improving our record to a perfect 6 and 0 for the season. This victory was a total team effort and we really appreciate all of the school, community and fan support. We take on Angleton Wildcats  Friday, October 17 at 7:30 pm in Angleton, Texas at Wildcat Stadium.6
