The Wrangler

Alejandro Rodrigues

At 17 years old, Alejandro Rodrigues has been busy. He is a member of  The Wrangler staff and has accomplished quite a bit in extracurricular activities. This native Texan is a senior in the GRHS Speech and Debate Program. Two years in a row, Alejandro has been a state and national level competitor in the program and you might find him walking the school hallways in his suit on Fridays preparing for competition that day. He's been successfully pole vaulting since middle school. Despite scheduling conflicts preventing him from being in George Ranch's track program, he still competes independently at Bay Area Pole Vault Academy. This past summer he worked at two jobs raising money for his upcoming time in college. He's always welcome to meeting new people and making friends, so should you see him, don't be afraid to say "Hi".
