Caleb Fojtik, staff writer

Caleb Fojtik is a Senior and this is his second year on The Wrangler staff. He enjoys art and literature, while also, spending his free time listening to all types of music, especially older types. Other activities include simply working, watching Netflix, and YouTube. Caleb is interested in writing and photography, but he also wants to peruse a career in social work while creating paintings and photos in his free time. He is excited about being a part of the staff to express ideas, creative stories, and present people's views.

According to the Association for the Study of African American Life and History, Black History Month dates back to 1915. Carter G. Woodson, founder of the ASALH and Black History Month, chose the month of February for the observance because it includes the birthdays of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass.
